Brewski "Win 2 Brewskis" Competition — Terms & Conditions
Entry Period: 9 August, 18:30 SAST to 16 August, 23:59 SAST
1. The Promoter
This competition is run by Brewski ("the Promoter"), Brewski Gear (Pty) Ltd, 2026/140505/07. For any queries relating to this competition, contact support@brewski.store.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any parties directly involved in the administration of this competition, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries from fake, duplicate, or bot accounts will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Entry Period:
3.1 Follow @brewski.store on Instagram; and
3.2 Subscribe to the Brewski mailing list via https://brewski.store.
Tagging a friend in the comments is encouraged and helps a mate discover Brewski, but is not required for entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prize is two (2) Brewski premium dual-function vacuum-insulated can coolers, with an approximate combined retail value of R998.
4.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be offered except at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4.3 The Promoter is responsible for the cost of delivery to a South African address. Delivery outside South Africa is not included.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on 18 August 2026, within 2 days of the Entry Period closing.
5.2 The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or the email address provided at sign-up, within 48 hours of the draw.
5.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim the prize. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by the same random draw method.
5.4 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and residence in South Africa before the prize is dispatched.
6. General Conditions
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or who is found to have entered using fraudulent, fake, or duplicate accounts.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate this competition at any time, should circumstances arise outside its control.
6.3 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
7. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Information provided by entrants is provided to Brewski and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Meta.
8. Data Privacy (POPIA)
8.1 By subscribing to the Brewski mailing list as part of entry, participants consent to Brewski collecting and processing their personal information (name and email address) for the purposes of administering this competition and sending future marketing communications from Brewski.
8.2 Participants may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via the unsubscribe link included in any Brewski email, without affecting their entry into this specific competition.
8.3 Brewski will not sell or share entrants' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
